Arlene joined Tympana over two years ago as Collections Supervisor.  Arlene has over 10 years of call center experience.  Arlene started out as an agent in Medical Claims Processing at ACS Jamaica consistently performing as a top agent.  Subsequently, Arlene was promoted as a Manager and grew the business exceeding client expectations.  At Alliance One, Arlene was awarded “Manager of the Year” award for the Health Services Division.

At Tympana as Collections Supervisor, Arlene successfully led her team with superior results.  Arlene believes in continuous improvement and drives performance combining people management and portfolio liquidation strategies.  Based on her well-rounded abilities exhibiting strong leadership and teamwork, Arlene was recently promoted as Senior Collections Manager.

Arlene is married and mother of two soccer-loving sons, Dwayne and Ryan.  Arlene is a Jamaican National.
