Arnaldo joins Tympana with over 8 years of call center experience. Arnaldo started at Alliance One Inc. (recently acquired by Teleperformance) in Dec 1999 as a bill collector and rapidly rose through the ranks consistently exceeding goals. With outstanding performance results, Arnaldo was subsequently promoted to Unit Manager managing a staff of 50 collectors. Arnaldo moved to NARS (National Asset Recovery Services) as Senior Supervisor managing 5 teams with over 80 agents. Proving his leadership qualities, Arnaldo was soon promoted to Operations Manager where he continued to drive production and met desired results.

Arnaldo firmly believes in possessing critical leadership qualities – team work, punctuality and dedication, and working cooperatively with others to deliver superior results.

Arnaldo is a Jamaican National.
