Petriena joined Tympana about a year ago with over six years of call center experience. Petriena started out as an agent in the credit reporting department and as a credit risk analyst at ACS Jamaica. Petriena moved on to Apple Vacations where she gained experience in tele-sales.

At Tympana, Petriena started out as a senior agent and rapidly grew through the ranks. Petriena took the opportunity to start a new telemarketing project and grew it successfully. Petriena proved her leadership qualities and was quickly promoted as Supervisor. Petriena continuously leads her team to success through hard work and dedication. Petriena strongly believes in continuous improvement and has led her teams to top performance comparable to on-shore performance as measured by the clients. Petriena was recently promoted as Manager for the Tele-Sales Group.
