Yannick is the newest member of the Tympana Management Team. Yannick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of West Indies.

After receiving his degree, Yannick entered the call centre industry by joining NARS - Jamaica (National Asset Recovery Services), learning system administration and IT protocols unique to maintaining a global contact center. Yannick recently joined Tympana and quickly mastered the role of managing the company's systems including PBX and Networking, and has become a valuable member of the Team developing robust processes and scalable architecture enabling the Company's growth plans.

Yannick is a Jamaican national.
